I have lovely memories of a real gentleman, for whom I worked part time  many years ago in the bar on Oldpark Road. Vincent was a very kind and thoughtful employer and I am only saddened that I did not see much of him in recent years. My path took me on a very different route and even to Africa. I called once with him when I heard he was in the Mermaid in town. Sadly I lost touch with him after that. I will always have good memories of him and his quiet gentle ways. My sincere condolences to Alice, his wife and the family, who will truly miss him. May his noble soul rest in peace.
